The problem is this: coasters tend to pull maybe one negative G and maybe four positive. (yes I know there are examples of more on both extremes)
Unfortunately you're now pulling 1 positive G and four negative, as well as averaging probably two negative Gs.
While it is unlikely that anyone would die, many people would red out. This is not pleasant, and the unload times for an upside-down train of unconscious passengers would be a trifle long for most parks' tastes. Maybe SF would buy one.

2nd, the track moves away from the station( Kinda like Mr.Freeze does)
3rd, The track piece with the train on it rasies upto the height of the Inverted track in the station,
4th, The track turns over upside down, and the operator Dispatches it.
Would that work ?

Now I know it isn't possible. Negative Gs would be (nearly, if not) killer. I do know how you could get a sit-down train on inverted track though. Upstop wheels would need to be switched with road wheels. It's that simple (ok, maybe a little more complicated with changing the way the assembly is built a little, too.) Of course, why waste the time? Nobody would be able to figure out how to get on it, and the park wouldn't want to deal with all of the law suits from heads crashing on the floor at the end of the ride and the redouts.
