I guess it would work on the B&Ms. On those old Togo stand-ups, you couldn't do it with the butterfly restraints.

And the rounded, padded headrest with a hole in it is similar to the face cushions on a massage table.

Not only does riding a stand up backwards look very uncomfortable to me, but it also looks dangerous.
