Didn't Iron Wolf get new OTSR's, or at least new padding?

The Pitt Fall at Kennywood got new OTSR's this year. Now they have a seat belt attached to them, which is rather annoying to try and grab.

Iron Wolf got new ones last year, I believe. I haven't been on Demon at SFGAm, but Shockwave's seem a little better. Batman's feel the same as always. I really don't think they're new.

Yes, all of Ninja's trains were refurbished for this season...which obviously includes new restraints.

Not only that but they added that seatbelt that connects from the bottom of the OTSR to the bicycle seat. Man, I felt like a sardine in those restraints because that seatbelt doesnt give much play for tall people.

At Cedar Point, Corkscrew got new shoulder bars. It is now impossible to put your arm through between the bar and the outboard side of the car. But the new bars do have checker handles.

Also, Blue Streak got new lap bars, but that's not what the question was about.
