It is a shame it stops before the ride takes the plunge in 2007. Then again, it should have Dived in 2006 as well.
Looks to be an Arrow design. The transitions appear to be quite abrupt. ;)

Yeah is Good!
Everything is cyclical. I don't understand why some people online tend to get over excited that the housing market is "going to crash." Sure the market is going to correct itself, but 2 or 3 quarters later, its going to go back up again because people are always going to buy homes.
As far as making a graph into a coaster, I thought it was kind of neat. The idea sounded great on paper, but watching it wasn't all what I thought it would be.
