Do certain parks have certain rights to certain rides? I am almost positive this is true. Like Paramount owns rights to the Stealth coasters. I don't car about the rights to names of coasters just companies and their rides. Does Vekkoma own the flying design? Like if B&M copied it, could they be sued?
They have patents and contracts for rides. The patent is to keep ride from being copied by anyone else and the licence keeps people from getting the ride cloned from the same company.
Yeah, I was thinking something along those lines.
