Ride down time
I had possibly the worst trip ever to PKI today. Even though the park was not very crowded, I only got to ride 2 rollercoasters. It was horrible. When I first got there I headed over to Face/Off, when I got there I was surprised to find out that the line for it was only about 30 min long. We got to the front and then something happened and they kept on saying "The ride is currently experiencing minor mechanical problems, we are not sure how long the wait will be." Being the patient person I am I continued to wait for a total of 45 more minutes. Finally I just got out of line very disappointed. So me and my friends headed over to look and see how long the line was for King Cobra. (Last Saturday I mistakingly waited for 2 1/2 hours) It was too long again. (They are only running one train!!) Then we decided to go on Top Gun. There was almost no line! We got right on after about a 5-10 min wait. After the ride was over we came to a stop and as the other train was leaving the station the train suddenly stopped on the way up the lift hill. So as it turns out we were stuck on the train for about 45 min. We had to get out of the train by ladder and we didn't get any sort of compensation for just sitting there. That really bugged me. Then we headed to ride the Racer. I still can't believe the air time on that old coaster, it's simply amazing. After riding it a total of 3 times, we headed over to ride Vortex. We waited for only about 3 minutes before something happened to the Vortex. Then that at last was also closed. We hoped that the Beast was the same length as the rest of the lines. It was not though. So we left the park before it closed. That was the first time I had done that this year.
If anybody has had it worse than this please tell your story. I dont think anybody can top this though. :)

Wow, it looks like PKI can't shake the bugs this year. :-( I have yet to read a trip report that was even marginaly good. Well, they better put the pedal to the metal cause now they are open daily, and they don't want constant break-downs to plague them all year.
