Richochet & Roadrunner Express At SFKK...

I noticed these two coasters said to be built by two diff. companies have the exact same layout...only different supports. Did one buyout the other?

Each company opened new coasters this year, so they are separate. The layouts have small differences, although not very noticeable. Most wild mouse coasters are similar in design. Also of note, most Mack mice have supports more like Roadrunner Express, as opposed to the much nicer-looking columns on Ricochet.

I don`t know. Those track layouts look about as identical as Face Off at PKI and Invertigo at PGA.

Well duh, if you'll notice 90% of all wild mice use the exact same layout. You'll find very few exceptions, like the Legoland Technic coaster.

Even the Legoland Technic has a few copies such as the Fly at PCW and Ricochet at PKD, and of course they're all Mack mice. These 3 also have the columnar supports.

For an example of a Mack Mouse will RoadRunner Express-like supports, look no further than Wild Maus at BGW.

If you want a really original Mouse look to the guys (and gals) at Sansei, and I'm sure even it has a clone somewhere.
