Rezoning for Festival Tennessee denied

The mayor of Spring Hill, TN, joined city aldermen in a unanimous vote against a zone change on Monday night needed to move for developers to move forward with the project. City leaders said developer Dennis Peterson failed to provide details about the project needed to convince them to approve a zoning change.

I am somewhat sad to see this shenanigans end, from the front toothless CEO, to the movie scripts he sent to the mayor, to his references to dead celebrities, each step in the process just got funnier and funnier (unless you are from Spring Hill) and now its all over :(
