Can anyone give me some examples of wooden coasters that have been relocated to another park?
Thanks,

Well, Phoenix at Knoebels is one. Screechin' Eagle at Americana is another. All I can think of right now...
The Comet rollercoaster was re-located from the defunct Crystal Beach in 1989. It was then later auctioned off, taken down & stored later nearby at what is now Martin's Fantasy Island. Then in 1994, it was relocated to The Great Escape.
I think the cost for that magnificant coaster (when auctioned) was a mere 200,000 dollars!

The Eagle was relocated from a defunct park near Xenia, Ohio. Sorry, don't know the year.

Well, the Eagle started running at Americana in '38, so it would be a safe assumption that in was relocated in '37 or '38.
Wildcat at Frontier City originally stood at Fairyland in Kansas City.

According to the "official" count, next year's new coaster lineup will feature 17 Arrow 4-Ds, 21 TA2Ks, 34 B&M floorless's, 17 Intamin Gigas, 12 beemer flyers, and 247 CCIs. And oh yeah, CP will receive one of all of these.
According to the Roller Coaster Database, Screechin' Eagle opened at Americana in 1939. It originally operated at Moxahalia Amusement Park in Zanesville, Ohio as the Cyclone from 1927 - 1938.

Skyliner at Lakemont is another relocated wooden coaster -- it began life at Roseland Park in New York (possibly under a different name, I'm blanking on that detail right now)

Some were mentioned above:
Knoebels Phoenix (moved 1985, was Rocket at Playland Tx)
Lakemonts Skyliner (moved 1987, was Skyliner at Roseland NY)
Arkansas Twister (moved early 1990's, from Boardwalk and Baseball FL)
Two others that come to mind...
Canobie Lake's Yankee Cannonball (moved 1935, was Roller Coater at Lakewood CT)
SFAm's Wild One (moved 1986, was Giant Coaster at Paragon Park MA)
(memory told me which ones to look for... RCDB told some of the details)
