RELEASE QUESTIONS PLEASE HELP!!!

I've called my local media play (s) and both the ebs in Syracuse NY. None of them have it. In your opinion what are my options? Are they coming out in those stores soon? A new target is opening tommorow :) down my street. Do you think they'd have it? Is the preorder date still set to the 15th so am should I just wait to see what store has it first? THANKS!
