Red Zone's Consent Solicitation is Successful

also maybe because the things sent out to vote are extremely confusing and arent really clear as to what they are for.

i have one because i am a stock holder and it gets confusing.

let's hope that Dan learned from coach Gibbs. Find the best people to do the job and let them do it.
Yeah, but the first guy he hired was Steve Spurrier.

Even if you were to take the proxy vote material and not read it carefully, it DOES very evidently point out what the board's recommendations are ("yes to everything"). If you instead voted no against the board's recommendations you probably knew why you were doing so and are not likely to change your mind.

Actually Spurrier was the predecessor to Gibbs. His first coach was Schottenheimer.

A day at the park is what you make it!

also thats my point the six flags ones say to say yes to everything on the consent revokation and snyders specifically states say yes to his vote thing.

so if ur not sure you would be saying yes to both.

Spurrier could have done FINE in Washington....one thing he didn't realize, though, is that in the NFL there typically is no "weak corner" that you can wear OUT by lining up an NFL-quality receiver against some over-achieving college kid that stands NO chance of covering a Sidney Rice in a Sunday....or in this case, Thursday. ;)

bill, thinking Homey G. is thankful as anything that Machen and Foley were too stupid/stubborn to hire the Head Ball Coach when the opportunity presented itself...

P.S. I'm thankful for all the great friends I've met thru this site... :)

Oh, wait, wrong thread... ;)

Gator, the knock with Spurrier in Washington was he was to lax on the rules and there was no discipline in meeting, practices and finally on the field. The knock against Schottenheimier was he's to strict. I don't know why Spurrier opted to sit a year out and return to college coaching. I think if he really wanted to he could coach in the NFL. He said in a interview after he quit that he can't coach in the NFL. He said he doesn't have what it takes.

I always thought the problem with Spurrier was he didn't realize that the Redskins wouldn't play Vanderbilt and Mississippi State.
No, but they often play the Lions, which is almost the same.

True, but for the most part, pro football scores don't hit the 50s and 60s like Spurrier was used to seeing when he was at Florida.

So do you think Snyder would be able to find the right coaches and manage and maintain the stadiums for all 30+ NFL teams -- which happens to be close to the number of SFI parks?
