Recources for a Research Paper

I am trying to find good recourses for my research paper. Where do I find good books and articles on the history of roller coasters, more historical based books that give reasons for the big coaster years and how and why parks progressed, that type of stuff. What are some suggested books, magazines, articles, what ever?

What are good sites that have a historical type of feel? I need sites that are creditable with their information and focus on the history, safty, that type of stuff, not just the "these coasters are cool, were all enthusiests, look at all these pictures" type of site. thanks

2 good books that I have, will give you everything you need, one in particular. Roller coasters by David Coker, shows pics of the Mauch chunk railway (considered the first roller coaster in the U.S.) Also, ultimate coaster.com has good history. I suggest using google, as several of my papers in high school were on roller coasters. hope this helped.

Do you mean Roller Coasters by Robert Coker? If so, I already have that book.

Yeah, I think he was mixing up Roller Coasters by David Bennet and Roller Coasters by Robert Coker.

Is anyone else here tired of seeing "research paper" threads? These are about as annoying as vs. topics in my book.
