Rebel Yell removal?

A few weeks back i read somthing that said the Rebel Yell was being removed this year.  Obviously its still there or there would be some comotion by now.  Has anyone else heard of this?  The Rebel Yell's a classic, they should keep it

No, the person who named the Rebel Yell left PKD. He had something to do with Finances I believe. I tried to find the article that I once read, but it was definately someone at PKD retiring, not the removal of the coaster.
