Does anyone have any tips on how to beat these parks? They are so land-locked that I'm having trouble completing objectives that looked like they were pretty easy.

I beat Alton Tower w/ no problem, all I did was build like 1 out and back steel, and I wooden coaster over the water that was designed to look like Mean Steak, I then just let it go till it got to three years.
