If it's the same prototype that was in the controversial testing video that showed up back in November or thereabout, it wasn't that tall at all.
As for the name "4D," I think it's really referring to the third and fourth rails on the track that control the movement. Kind of like a play on words, I guess.

The name "4th Dimension" comes from the fourth coordinate (in addition to X, Y, and Z) that controls the spinning of the cars.

I thought that because the ride gave you a new feel, the coaster type would be dubber "4th Dimension"

A strange quasi-mouse ride of... Mack's, I believe.
It starts like a mouse and becomes something like a Schwartzkopf Wildcat at the bottom, and has a spinning circular car where the riders sit in seats on the edge of the car, facing out.

Yeah loadz of times. It's brilliant, just like Europa Park! The music in the spiral (and genius) lift hill is superb!! I say the lift hill is genius because the car has a little arm sticking out which contacts a large cylinder in the center of the lift which is turning, this drags the train to the top and is a piece of theming all at a low cost! Euro Mir is very good as you get some great views and riding backwards through an intense drop and helix is great!!
