Aside from happening at a Disney park, there isn't anything particularly newsworthy about it. There was no malfunction, and no one to fault, and at least in these circles I think we all feel pretty comfortable in knowing that there's nothing particularly extreme about the ride.

Unfortunately, people sometimes die unexpectedly. While very sad, they might be at home, or they might be on a roller coaster. If there are interesting results about why she died, I'll be happy to post it, but it just doesn't strike me as news.
