RCT3 Vista question regarding billboards

I installed RCT3 on my new computer with Vista and it runs better than ever, actually making the game somewhat enjoyable. I'm having problems using the custom billboards. I think the folder that RCT3 looks for doesn't exist on Vista and I want to know if it's possible to change that extension to a different folder. Any other ideas?

You could manually create the folder the game looks for in XP. I assume it's in XP's My Documents folder, which is usually, "C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\My Documents". Vista changed all that to "C:\Users\[username]\Documents".
