RCT2 Super Sandbox Scenario

Does the senario automatically go to that "keep rating above 700" qualification if you turn off the money. That's always been a pain to me when trying to build a whole park before opening it .

Does that imply it's impossible to create a sandbox with ALL the rides available? Just curious what the limitations of the scenereo designer are...
Yes, you can have only 128 rides/stalls at a time. But don't think that some magic trainer will ever fix that, because 128 is too round of a number (in binary) for it to be coincidence. It's likely a limitation of the game engine.
Yes, the "keep rating over 700" is a rule imposed automatically when you don't use money.
