bye the looks of those, i think it should be an expanchion pack. I guess they have enough of those tho. and people that dont have the game might not wont to buy all of them just to get these new coasters and roof things.

I think they need to go back and change a few things, is the X type coaster the only one with matinace walkways? The track for X looks an awful lot like the standup coaster track to me.

Im guessing this wont have a first person view either?

There are A LOT of differences, so many that it would be a very expensive expansion, so it is a much better idea to put it in a whole new game. Besides, most of us realize the major changes and know why it is a new game, just look at the changes you will figure it out, here is another thread that explains a TON of differences http://www.coasterbuzz.com/news/news.asp?NewsID=3948

If you want to ride the coaster in First Person, buy No Limits, you can transfer the coasters to the editor and save them as a No Limit file and ride them in the simulator, you dont have to rebuild them, just add supports if you want to

"I still don't see how this couldn't have been implimented into another expansion pack when there is basically NOTHING different... it's just more of the same. "
-DawgByte II

"hate to say it but it looks like an expansion."
-Red Dog 40

I agree with them.

They are not true fans of the game. No matter what, an expansion would cost the same

There is also the scenario editor, no trainers, lots of help, plus many new parks.

It would be the most pointless expansion ever. Thats why its not an expansion pack, its a new game. They wouldnt call it RCT-2, if it was an expansion. And if you havent noticed, tons of new theming, coasters, a coaster and scenario editor, take a closer look. Its alot of new stuff.

i have noticed two really new things, on all coasters you can go from steep to flat, its just rounded off more, and the overhangs for lines, might help on rainy days.

The game is not even finished completly yet and they probably added more stuff that we didn't see. The game to me looks like another game it is more realistic and there are block brakes, ride signs, double paths, more landscapes, and scenario editor. I bet when the game comes out you are going to have a different view about it.

It's not an expansion because the engine has been completly and totally re-done.
