Rct2 Rainbow Summit

I am just curious if anyone has achieved their goal in Rainbow Summit. I have built a few very impressive parks in Summit, but never achieve goal.

Guests are very cheap, and won't pay for anything. They also get lost on the T shaped path, and want to go home because they can't find the exit. I made the Trolly loop and pick up people at the dead spots, which stopped the lost crowd, but, no matter what you put in guest wont come to the park to get the numbers you need to meet the goal.

After year 2 and midway through year 3, I made entrance to the park free, and set my shops at less than a $1 per item. The guests still didn't come. I had five coasters, and all the carnival type rides, plus mini golf, water rides, and 3 chair lifts. guest number never goes over 1500 by year four no matter what I build.

But, once you fail, then the guests start pouring in. Rigged to lose I think.
