I just started seriously playing RCT2 and I have a few questions...
First, how does one build a new elevator ride? Would I have to use landscaping, or would I have to build scenery up to the height I wanted the elevator to be if I wanted to build an observation tower with it?
Second, I've noticed that in some of the SF parks in the game, there are banners across the tops of some of the rollercoasters' lift hills. How do I do that? Can I do that?
Third, if one is trying to build a scenario with rides and attractions, one has to build a scenario, open a park in the scenario, build the rides, open it as a scenario, lather, rinse, repeat. When I did this, I ended up with a park that had a massive debt. Is there some way to build a park this way and not end up with a mountain of debt?
Sorry about the rambling nature of this post, but my brain is slightly fried. I worked staff at a con all weekend and took today off from work to recover. Thanks in advance for your help.

2. Yes, you can do that. First you need to find a banner and hold down the Shift button to rasie it up and over the coaster track. Next you need to find the post, I think it's in with the benches and trash cans....or I could be wrong, I can't remember. Then with the post, place it under and to the left side of the coaster track. Hold down the Shift button until it looks like it is hold in up the banner. Then do it again with another post, only on the right side of the track.
3. Um, I'm not sure if I follow you to well on this one, but if it's that bad then I would look for a trainer with a money button to hit over and over.
I hope I helped you on these. Let me know if you run into more problems!

If idiots could fly, this place would be a friggin' airport.
By going this route you won't be able to usee marketing campains to attract more peeps, but you'll have the freedom to build whatever you want whenever you want to build it.
