RCT2 patches?

I have a problem of a bunch of people congregating in one area, walking back and forth, pissed off, complaining that it's too crowded and wanting to go home....

I've tried picking them up and putting them at the park exit/entrance (but they don't always leave!) It's obviously a bug in the program... or a problem of low intelligence.

Is there any way to fix this in RCT2? I know RCT3 has a bunch of patches, etc... but I prefer RCT2 - it looks better, etc. Plus, I'm used to it.

My paths are pretty clear too, not too confusing (it's Magic Moutain, I had to redo all the paths...)

That just seems to be a constantly recurring intelligence issue. I get that problem a lot (often not too far from the entrance, oddly enough). Lately, though, I've been having a lot of issues with peeps walking straight through the line to the entrance building and walking right back out. It starts out as just a few people, and then its like ants to a food spill, to the point where most of the people are walking in and right back out. Closing the ride (clearing the trains, not just closing it *once*) takes care of the issue for all of about 10 minutes, and then it does it again. Very annoying.

I get that too. I just let it sit and after a while (1 minute or so) it usually sorts itself out again.

I seem to get a huge amount of peeps walking back and forth in the same spot, wanting to go home, or go to Colossus, but seem to be locked going back and forth, until they are individually plucked out and put somewhere else. A painstaking and obnoxious feat.

I'm finding Magic Mountain to be a challenge; seems when I start changing anything that is there already (deleting rides, changing trains on Colossus, etc.) the park value drops quickly. So I'm just putting in all new handymen (in small areas) - about doubling the number of handymen. And adding lots of food stands and restrooms. And fixing dead ends or paths leading up the exits of rides...
