I'm not just talking about installing the game, but when you are loading the main menu or one of the scenarios. Next time I load a scenario, I think i will take a quick nap, haha. Well, on the guide it says that you need 120 MB of free space. My computer says I have 21.7 GB o free space. Can one of you out there please convert my GB's to MB's? Maybe this will solve my problem!

Of course, you also need a fast processor and fast video for best results. If either one of these are slow, they can be the bottleneck that slows things down.
Try defragmenting your drive too. That could help.

You need a good bit of RAM as well. While memory that holds the values for what's in every little bit of 3-D space might not be huge, having thousands of little graphics and dozens of sounds in memory at a time I'm sure does take up a bit of memory.
This game is doing a lot at any given time, and for that reason, lots of RAM and a fast processor are helpful, especially if you run at a high resolution like 1280x1024.
