RCT upgrade

Hi I just upgraded to LL and CF, and it fixed a lot of problems that I was having in windows 2000, but now it has this RCT is loading thing and takes inbetween 3 and 5 mins to load now (it use to take 30 secs) is this strange with the upgrade?

There's nothing strange about it.I've been playing LL for a couple of years now and I get that same message whenever I start a game and it usually loads within about 30 seconds or so.
