So far, I've found that most of the trainers work on Windows 2000...some just take a little bit of work to make them functional. IOA Dragon Trainer, Swiss Army Knife's TRG v.6.02 trainer, and the Beast Trainer all work fine without any problems (that I've actually seen or hit).
I believe RCT Station (http://rct.ogresnet.com) should have all three if I remember correctly.
Now if they really don't want to work, find your Windows 2000 installation CD, and look for a folder in it called "i386". In that folder, look for a sub folder called "Support" and somewhere in there there's a little program called APCCOMPAT.EXE. That will make almost everything work with Win2000 since it tricks the program into thinking it's running under Windows 95/98/Me/NT 4.
Oh and also, of course, make sure you have the Drexler Patch installed and your version of RCT is up to v.1.23.
Hope that helps.
