I remember reading one of the features that stated that they were in the process of moving the website's physical location from Britain to the US and that it would be down for quite some time. I don't think they meant this long, however, and I agree that this is getting ridiculous. As for not being able to contact him, that's perfectly understandable: can you imagine the amount of email he would get, just people saying that it's a great game? Not to mention the suggestions (many of which he may already know and have rejected because he knows what it would take to program), requests for new rides/layouts/parks, etc. That alone would crash the system!
As for boycotting the site... Why go anyway when it isn't updated? I check only about once every 6 weeks or so, and don't go back anyway.
