RCT Now Made By Atari

My life has come full circle as I now spend most of my time playing an Atari game.

I knew that'd make you look. Actually infogrames just changed names. They're now Atari.

Atari? The same company that made the cult classic CUSTER'S REVENGE? The first pornographic game?

What? Perhaps you're too young to remember (that's scary), but Atari was the company that essentially invented the mass-market home video game console. I still have mine in a closet.

Yeah, I know they made the first successful video game system. There is no XBOX or PS2 without them. But were they the company the also made one of the most notorious games of our time? Microsoft, Nintendo, and Sony sometimes make games for their own systems. Did Atari make CUSTER'S REVENGE exclusively for their system?

Yes there are still many Atari games out there, especially in arcades. If you look at some of the Nintendo and N64 games, you can see the little Atari symbol so they were the creaters for some Nintendo games. As for Sony I'm not sure but they definatly didn't make any for the X-Box. Sorry I have never played Custer's Revenge.

The company who made Custer's Revenge was called Mystique. It was made for the Atari 2600 though - so perhaps that's where the confusion comes from.

Do a search on google for the game and check out some screenshots. They're hysterical.
