Is there a way to build something elevated above the land. Whenever I try to build a drink stall or something next to an elevated walkway, it drops it down on the ground below the walkway. I have raised the land in the past, but Rainbow Valley does not let you raise or lower the land and I can't figure out how to raise a stall to the walkway. Thanks for any help. :)

You can't. The only way to raise a stall up to your path is to raise the land underneath it. Some scenerios (the one thats over water) lets you build them above the ground/ water height. Maybe this will be fixed in RCT 2.
