RCT 3D OR NO LIMITS - CoasterBuzz

IS IT ME OR DOES RCT3D SEEM KINDA LIKE NO LIMITS. AND DOES NE BODY HAVE THE FULL VERSION OF NO LIMITS? IF SO HOW IS IT? AND IS IT BETTER THEN RCT2? I WAS JUST WONDERING BECAUSE IVE SEEN SCREEN SHOTS ON RCT3D AND I THINK IT LOOKS SOMEWHAT LIKE NO LIMITS.
