RCDB Firefox search plugin

Hey, Firefox users! You know that google search bar up at the top right corner? You know you can add different search engines to it, right? Personally I use it for Google, IMDB, eBay, and Torrentspy.

I was thinking how cool it would be to use that search bar to do quick searches on RCDB.

Well, somebody else thought so, too. For you'll find it here.

Has everyone else been using it forever and I'm just late finding it? How's it work for everyone else?

Now that's cool!!
Thanks for the info.
I made my own a while back, but lost it when I switched computers. Thanks for the link!

I've often wondered from time to time, how to write good poetry- and make it all... Work.
Yeah, I wrote my own too. RCDB has a simple search that you can submit. Handy though.
That's what's so awesome about open software. If you want something you just make it and add it.

I didn't realize that the search bar plugins were so incredibly simple until I looked into it a few hours ago. Looks like I'll be able to make one for most of my own favorite sites.

That is so cool! I had thought about that a while back too.

Oh yeah, just another reason to use Firefox.

The thing is though, you can do something like that for virtually any site that uses query strings to search by with almost no code.
