Ratanga Junction to remain open

Ratanga Junction, Cape Town's own version of Disneyland, has been saved. The Nedbank Group sold Cape Theme Parks, the company that owns Ratanga Junction, to Century City Property Developments last year and there was talk that the theme park would be closed down.

That's good news for them. It would be sad to see another park demolished for "development."

Their SLC looks quite nice in that jungle-like setting. Vekoma rides can be so deceiving....
