this thread has been hijacked from japan to camelot?

Well, on second thought, let's not go to Camelot -- it is a silly place. Right.

The gift shops can sell Metallicrap.

Metallica already has that covered. ;)

I'm still waiting on hearing on what good old Gonch has to say since I know he is still a metalhead at heart!

I got nothing compared to you guys.

An old whip ride themed to SOD's 'P***ywhipped'? ;)

I never thought about SOD and that is still one of my favorite albums of all time!

Ooooh ouch! I love Metallica, even St. Anger...NI!

I will say NI again to you, until you appease me!

Hehe, ok.

I find Metallica to be more inconsistent as time goes on. The oldest stuff (yes, I'm old enough to have dug it when it was 'new' for the most part) - is obviously the best and more of it is good than the new stuff.

As time goes on with those guys, it gets worse in general and it gets harder to pick one of two great tunes out of the mix.

Like most old school fans, they started to lose me at/after/around the Black Album.

Appeased? :)

How about a scrambler called "Toxic Waltz" themed to the old Exodus song? Scramblers in general kind have the rotation pattern that happens in 3's (maybe it's just me) like a waltz goes in 3's.

I'll shut up now...

Ok I can appreciate that answer...and granted I do like the older stuff more than the new stuff, but still...there are times when I love to sing along and hear the new stuff as well. I love the S&M collaboration (don't tell me you didn't like that!)

Errr...how do I get back on track here? Ummm...a dippin dots stand themed to Aerosmith? Yeah that'll work... ;)

Haha no I'm not giving Patrick the finger

Gonch I knew once you got going you would come up with some good ones.
"Everybody's doin' the toxic waltz
Good friendly violent fun in store for all
Get up off your ass and toxic waltz
If you hit the floor you can always crawl!"

I'm on the same boat with Metallica, old: good, new: bad

How about Cinderella's, Shake Me themed to a SLC? When you leaving the ride it can play "You don't know what you got till it's over"!

But it is 'Don't know what you got til it's gone"

and let's see for a rock themed thing how about

a rotor themed to Ratt's "Round and Round"?

*zips his mouth shut on the 80's hair metal*

hmmmmm, perhaps we could even have the rebirth of a classic: The Whip, themed to Devo's Whip it.

I like one called "Speed Demon" by Impelliterri, that could be the name of the next rocket coaster.
