Raging Waters all to Me!

As fate may have it, I was visiting New Jersey this past weekend. I happen to know the Ops Manager at Morey's Raging Waters on 25th Street. They have 2 gated parks on the Atlantic Ocean, beachfront. The other is on Schellenger Ave.

Anyway, they were preparing to open to the public on Monday, June 13th. I was there Sunday, June 12th, and I hit the jackpot.

I got to ride all by myself for almost 3 hours, test riding the slides, each 5 times. its quite tiring to go up and down the towers.

I probably wouldn't have even reported this, but I came across a comment on SFNJ having a buyout last weekend. Well, all I can say is that if you have the chance to ride without lines, then do. Having a park to myself was definetly worth the time we spend working in the industry.

Yes, visit Morey's Piers. Buy an all day 2 park ticket. Its quite a bargain, plus the ocean is still free.
