Raging Bull Train Improvements

After a visit last Sunday, the 14th, I rode Raging Bull at SFGAm and was extremely excited to get on in 25 minutes. However, I was dismayed to see that they were only running two trains. Soon would I find out that there was a very valid reason for them only running two trains. One was in the maintenance "house", with the lapbars and seemingly the entire train repainted. Then, the second train of the three came into the station, and the train had seemed to be repainted also. However, one of the trins had not been repainted. Could this possibly signal improvements in more than just Raging Bull's trains? Perhaps they will re-paint Iron Wolf's trains, or some more dilapidated coasters, such as Demon, or Shockwave?

I was there on the 6th and they had all three running in teh afternoon, in the mornign they only had two going, i noticed nothign abotu paint as the paint already looked fine and teh coaster was only built 2 years ago.

I don't think I have ever seen a B&M with a repainted train. All the B&M coasters I have been on seem to have their original paint, at least as far as the trains go.

I thought the impression there was no paint on RB's trains. It all looks like colored plastic, fiberglass, or foam, with plain steel also. Exactly what part was painted.

I want my Hay Bayler back! Forget new rides! HAY BAYLER! While they are at it, why not bring back Tidal Wave too?

Come to think of it, the only painted parts I know of are the steel frames on the inverted coasters. My memory is failing me... are the "poles" for the lap bar on B&M hypers painted?

The ones on Apollo are black, I dunno what material the bars are made of?

When I went on Raging Bull in July, one of my rides I sat in a seat were the restraints was pealing off. The restraints seemed to be made out of foam. Did they maybe replace the foam?

Why does it matter if they repainted the approx. 2 parts of the adv. seat that has paint on it?? :)

I could see them replacing the foam.. I love those seats, most comfortable in the park..
