Quickest path to Hypersonic at opening?

If I arrive at PKD by opening, should I wait at the cut-off near the Action FX theater or by the next one further down?

Are they using the ExpressLane machines on Volcano or Hypersonic right now?

Make a right at the fork at the Eiffel Tower and walk down that path then you will see it.
