For a single track coaster, I guess its probably the BTM, Space Mountain (DLP) and California Screamin, which all got around the same PPH. 2300 I heard for BTM, but BTM at DLP usually pulls 2450 an hour. Why? Thanks to a bench seat and one lap bar per row... you can squeeze yourself 3 in a row. Don't laugh! Me (6'3, 230 lbs), my friend (6'3 also, but a generous 280 lbs) were a tight fit and a second friend managed to squeeze between the 2 of us! Thus, usually, there are 34-36 riders per train (PPH is calculated on 30 people per train).
Also, Disney take an assigned seating approach for all rides. This fills up trains and regulate the flow of the waiting lines. On some rides (notably Tower of Terror, which are terrific), the cast members pulls an awesome show... while doing great capacity.

Kennywood Park, America's finest traditional amusement park.

the number of trains doesnt really have much effect of throughput, look at wild mouse coasters!
This is true, however, California Screamin's six trains holds 24 people each, not 4 like a wild mouse.

A day is a drop of water in the ocean of eternity. A week is seven drops.

I just spoke with one of the managers of Lo-que at Sixflags Great Adventure about, this yesterday ,and how we came up on that topic, was how dose the Lo-que know what amount of time to be given to the people with a Lo-que, so that the people standing in line arent cheated ,and he said they have people who moniter the lines and are trained to know how long the lines get, and I said "oh, that simple?" I think I might have amazed him considering I know how long each line can be or get etc. For instance, for Batman and Robin the Chiller, if only the Batman side was open and the line was coming out the building, and going tord a near by consetion stand or basicaly just along side the building, it would be about , with 5 cars on a train, one car being taken out for Lo-que, that leaves about 16riders every 3-5mins per loading, unloading, ride time etc, that would make the line about 40mins or under 50mins of a wait.,so what im saying is it all depends on the ride capaicty etc, one thing I have noticed at my homepark SFGAdv, is that the newest rides dont have long que lines built compared to looking at the older coasters, such as Batman the ride which can hold up nearly a 4hr line, or The Chiller which can hold up to another 3hrs if both sides are running, or Great American Scream Machine has a huge line aswell, maybe 2hrs if it was all filled. I think one of the major issues beside building the ride is the capicty, and I think alot of designers like to make sure that they can keep the capicty high so they dont have hte park dealing with 3hr lines, as I remember seeing on Tv once and park designer said they dont like to keep people in lines for over 20mins, that is never the case thou as on a good sat a line for a single popular coaster can be at least over 1hr.
Dueling Dragon's castle is certainly a hella long walk, but back when the park first opened the park claimed that when the whole thing was completely filled from the entrance to station, the line would still be only about an hour.
Pretty impressive.
