Questions about CP(havn't been asked before, kinda)

I am going to Cedar Point on August 6-8(Sat-Mon) and was wondering about the lines. I know that Saturday will be fairly crowded (or am I worng and it will be really crowded?), but I was wondering if Sunday and Monday will be like.

Also, is Thunder Run at SFKK better than Blue Streak?(I assume that it is better than Mean Streak) And is Mantis really worth the wait, considering that Chang isn't really all-that to me. I've heard plenty of bad things about Mantis, but I don't know.

Haven't been asked before? All those questions have been asked before.

The lines, well, look at the hours of the park. The days they're open longer are they days they're expecting higher crowds.

Which ride is better? That's a matter of opinion and, if you're like most people, you'll make up your mind anyway and not really care what anyone tells you.

Bluestreak always has a pretty short line so it's not like you will have to choose it over another coaster in the park. It's the best woodie in the park, but that ain't saying much.

As for Mantis, I can't compare it to Chang, but if you don't like Chang and aren't a credit whore then I'd skip it if I were you. The lines are usually pretty long for Mantis due to the 2 train ops. On a crowded day I've waited just as long for Mantis as I have for Raptor and MF and it definately isn't as good of a ride as those two.

You will find Mantis' first half is pretty much a mirror of Chaing's first half, but I found Chang's second half much more enjoyable, but then again Mantis puts on more G's in the latter half, with some quick direction change-ups.

I say FastPass this one. Get a MF stamp and a Mantis one. You can't beat that.

Actually, I think I'd rather FastPass MF and TTD, or can one do both of those together with FastPass, because I heard that you can't do two MF FastPasses in one day.

If you are going to fastpass TTD, make sure you get to the booth by 1:30. The line grow HUGE (at least 300 people) by 2.
If you like positive G's then you will like Mantis, but thats not me... I went 3 days in late May this year and only rode it once even with no wait, so thats not saying much. If it's busy it's not worth the wait... I'd rather wait 45 minutes for Magnum or 2 hours for the Force than 1hr for Mantis.
I was there this weekend meaning the fourth of july weekend. I was expecting more out of the lines. One thing i must say the lines moved well on most coasters. Dragster was hauling, get the fast past definately to avoid an upwards to 2-230 hour wait. Listen to the advice above for that. Also try and get one for millie. If not the lines move a bit slower for that one, because of the slack rule and some major checking of restraints and belts. Definately check out the blue streak, well worth it and the wait isnt that bad. Raptor is a must, Maxair is worth checking out if you havent done delirium at PKI. I would even say check out Gemini it happens to be a pretty decent ride, loads of air and it is fun also if you havent been on a racer yet. Plus lines move on that one as well. Then if your looking for cred. just ride everything else that runs in there. Magnum also i forgot to mention. Sit middle of the train for some nice air with a little give to the lap bar so you arent getting your legs banged up a bit. But whatever happens heres to a good time for you.
