question to rollergator

rollergator-I was just wondering if you got to ride X and Flasback in SoCal because you haven't talked about it at all.

So maybe there's something to that "X Party" after all...

I didn't go to Page-2 land since I returned....didn't realize I had become a "celeb", LOL. I guess you get published in the PKD employee newsletter, the paparazzi (sp?) just crowd around. I really do entertain myself, anyone else is just a bonus.....

Anyhow, yes, the TR is coming....chris, watch it...'Moosh's goons, remember. I have an on-ride of me and "coastermom" on the *ride of uniminaginable thrill*...do not speaketh the name of the ride, or a pox shall come to thee....kind of like the Danish play....once I scan it in (tonight, perhaps), I'll send it to Jeff to become a more desirable Buzz-photo....no more Stephen King jokes! Ghostrider was down (back up now though, as Josh finally got "good wood" on his resume)....Knott's was pretty much "back to normal", and although the restraint-checking procedures haven't changed much, the attitudes were WAY better. Unfortunately, Tumbler was also down....you'd better believe when I get my OWN park, there'll be a Tumbler there....what airtime! Monte, what can I say, I still miss my Viper *sniff*. (Still lovin' the Antons, even took TWO spins on Revolution, which isn't SO painful if you properly anticipate the turns). No luck on Flashback, again, I was told, by GR no less, it was "too rough", and that no one wanted to ride it. No word as to why this policy isn't equally applied to the *bastardized* Aanton or to the pile of firewood with the "Psurrealistic" name, LOL.

Also, got Despy, and the Vegas coasters....no luck or Miner Mike, the op said I was too tall (bummer). Speed was everything I'd hoped for, a great ride and a great crew....spent most of the day cracking them up....more on this in the TR. (goons, chris....besides, won't it be nice to have all of gators' TR's to warm your Winter!). And just when I thought my fear of heights was dissipating. Stratosphere....gasp! The Big Shot actually does *rattle* the building...and you can feel the coaster (HR, no puffin' stuff, LOL) rolling around the outside - very glad to have pics to prove I rode that sucker...ONCE. Vegas was a total "immersive experience"....and I thought *I* was "liberal"....

Thanks for your interest, I'll be taking questions now: Helen Thomas, is that STILL you?
