Question about Wildcat @ Frontier City

According to rcdb, it opened in 1991. But it also says that while it was at Fairyland, it closed in 1978. My question is did it sit sbno until 1991, or was it put in storage until then?

It was SBNO at Fairyland for a few years, I can't remember the exact amount, but I believe at least 2 to 3. It was then taken down and put in storage and then later was bought by Frontier City and errected there.

GO HUSKERS!

Did they ever put back that part where the wooden track goes into the water? That was a sweet finale!
It's there .. just bone dry. Nothing but a hard brake before the old water splash area.

are there any woodies in the world with a water splash, as i always add them in RCT, but have never seen a picture of one. any examples of any you can think of?

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad in Tokyo and Paris have one, so does Sebago Rapids(I don't know if that really counts as a woodie though...), the Bobs had a water splash, Blazing Fury has one as well. Also, one of the Giant Dipper at Santa Cruz had one before but that was quite some time ago.
