It looks more like a rubber strip than a metal one.

...well, Rob....too many times I've *assumed* that my drift was well....obvious, and later found out it wasn't....;)

BTW, Whizzer kicks BUTT, there's no way SFGAm was really gonna take that out...if they were even THINKING it, that's plain crazy....and who would know crazy better than *I*...:)

The advancing tires are not always a problem just because they're a little wet. I've ridden Whizzer in the rain on several occasions.

Whizzer was up and down all night the last night of the season. As soon as it started raining heavily, it went down. When the rain let up, the ride reopened. Draw your own conclusions.
