Question about the chaos at sfeg

Does anyone know what is going in where the chaos is at sfeg or why it was closed? about 2 months ago they put up a wooden fence around it and put up a sign saying there would be something new for 06.The ride is still in place so just wondering if anyone had any ideas?

Ive Just been there and its tottally gone, they removed it due to complications, they might take out The Spider ride too sorry to say. :(

As you can see, the Chance Chaos has had a disastrous year with accidents and maintenance problems all over the country.

Wouldn't that park be better if it had a wood fence built around its entire perimeter, just high enough to prevent anyone ever having the misfortune to visit it again? Just a thought........

I heard all SF parks are removing their Chaos rides. I know SFNE removed theirs last week.

SFA's was still there last Saturday but it hasn't operated at lest since June, perhaps not all this season.

I'll check out of GAdv still has theirs on Monday.

Thanks for the replies on this. I had heard a while back that some place else had a problem with a chaos ride. I am glad to see that SF is taking this seriously as much as i will miss this ride.It should be interesting to see what replaces it.Thanks again. Trish

GADV still has theirs, but there's a giant inflatable spider on it, as well as hundreds of cobwebs, (i.e. Fright Fest theming). It'll most likely be removed. Maybe the cows (Huss breakdance) will replace it.

Technically, the ride is still there behind the wall. There has been talk about what might be replacing it, but there is nothing official yet.

Actually, I was there on Monday (Oct. 10th) and I didn't see the Chaos at all.... of course, I wasn't really looking for it much, either. :)
