is stacking just when cars are idle in the brake run due to excessive trains, or is it an error in the system like rollbacks on Hypersonic XLC
i believe people refere to stacking as trains waiting on the brake run for an excessive amount of time.

Stacking is where a train is stopped by a block break and can not go past until the train in front of if passes the next block, and then the train may pass.
