Question about Paramount's Carowinds

I'm taking my family on Sep 28(Sunday) to Carowinds on the way to Florida. Is the park crowded and what should I expect? I have never been there and would like to hit every coaster. What should I do first that will get longer lines later in the day? They are only open 10-6 so I hope I have enough time. I hoping for no lines because my wife gets very antsy in a hurry. How is the park for a 3 year old? Do they have a parent swap program like Kings Island? Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks for any replies.

Carowinds shouldn't be to crowded this late in the season. The one bad thing is that they've gone back to weekend only operation since school is back in.

Hit TopGun first and most often. It's the best thrill ride/coaster in the park.

Nice kids section for the 3year old also.
