Question about Diamondback

Hello I would like to start out to say that this is my first post with coasterbuzz. i am a frequent poster over at its sister form pointbuzz. So i would just like to say hi,

Now on to the question,
I was looking at pictures of the train and noticed that it has no seat belts just the lap bar. Is there a reason why there are no seat belts?
I find it weird that there are no seat belts on this coaster. But over at Cedar Point Millennium Force dose.
