Question about crouds at CP in Sept.

Going to CP this Sat (9/15).  Have never been there this late in the season and was wondering how the crowds were/are during this time.  Also are all the rides open?  Thanks.

I was there Sunday the 9th and it was very slow.  We rode almost every coaster.  We were short by 3 due to the rain, but the bonus was that we were able to get front seat on everything we did ride. 

I imagine the Saturday's are busier but I wouldn't expect it to be mobbed.  I hope I am right, and I hope that helps.

now that the kiddies are back in school it should be slow, obviously more on the weekdays but it shouldn't be so bad, but halloweekends will be packed.

Halloweekends will not be packed by any means. Just reread what you just posted Cedar_Point_Addict. Halloweekends is my most favorite time to go to CP. The weather is usually a little chilly, and the midways are never busy. The park really puts on a great effort to end the season. I have never waited longer than 1/2 and hour ride anything, including MF. IMO, it's the best time to go if you can deal with a little coldness.

I was at CP on the 8th, and it was packed! About as packed as a saturday in probably mid-june, MF one and a half after it opened, Mantis, full queue, Raptor-full, power tower-30 min. Gemini-15 min. etc.
