Paul Noland, 53, was recently hired as the next president and chief executive officer of the International Association of Amusement Parks & Attractions. He was an executive with Walt Disney Parks and Resorts from 1995 to 2011, reaching senior vice president of global business development. Before that, he had spent more than a decade with Marriott International. He spoke with Orlando Sentinel staff writer Jason Garica.
