SFMM owns from Hurricane Harbor back to the buildings over by the Magic Moments Theater and First Aid and Gotham City Backlot to the entire outer rim of the park where RRV and BTR and DV and Psyclone are to X and back to Hurricane Harbor. SFMM also owns or was planning to buy the land across from the toll booths. SFMM does not own the parking lot or the road up to the parking lot. I believe SFMM owns 115 acres, if my memory serves correctly.

Well here's a pic of the land that SFMM owns from ACN http://www.americacoasters.com/Photos/sfmm.jpg

I think that's a abit more then 115 acres lol heck when SFMM opened in the early 70s it was bigger then 115 acres.  Also  it was printed in a Valencia newpaper that SF Inc. had aquired 400 more acres of land from Newhall land Inc..

That's when the rumors of SFMM turning into resort started , and the clearing of the land across from the toll booths took place. That's suppose to be the site of the hotel/entertainment complex but the plans where put on hold maybe threw out completely.

Of course they can, SFMM is in the middle of nowhere they can build as big as they want, when ever they want. How do you think they were able to build a massive 415 foot structure with no problems, it's b/c there's no one around to complain about hearing and seeing it.

Not in the middle of nowhere for long. Ever heard of urban sprawl?

Then again, the could build a HUGE ride behind Psyclone.
