Putt-Putt Columbus: Good place to play again

I don't know how many Columbus DDR players read this forum, but I just wanted to let you know that the Putt-Putt on the east side is a really good place to play.

The machine there, which used to be the song-lacking 6th mix, had fallen into disrepair, so I stopped going. But I went last night and it turns out they have a DDR Extreme now.

Not only that, but all the songs are unlocked (unlike the bowling palace), AND it's on joint premium, which means it costs the same to play single, double or two player. I think it's the only machine in town with this setting on.

It costs 4 tokens to play, but with Putt-Putt's token deals and joint premium, if you're playing two player that can come out to less than 50 cents a game. The volume is low but definitely audible enough to play. And there's a giant fan in the rafters above the game.

The place is always deserted too, so go before it closes down. :)

A day is a drop of water in the ocean of eternity. A week is seven drops.

Hmm, little did I know when I made this (ignored ;)) post in June that Putt-Putt actually *would* be closing down. But it's true... this Sunday is the last day for the last Columbus Putt-Putt. :( :(

There used to be four in this city 10 years ago.

We lost the last one here in the Cleveland area years ago. It was in front of the strip at Great Northern Mall. Many fond childhood memories of playing there.

One question: do they have a retarted laser tag game where you shoot a wall? If they do, thats the place I went when we went to Cedar Point for a French trip(long story short, we were supposed to go to somewhere else but because of Sars we didn't and we voted to go to CP).
