Pushing the limits part of battle for Central Florida tourist dollars

Competition among Florida's theme parks -- including Universal Orlando, SeaWorld Orlando and Walt Disney World -- continues to boost expectations for shock and thrills in their rides. Theme parks and tourist destinations are starting to rebound following the downturn in tourism after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. Hurricanes also have taken a toll on attendance. More than ever, the attractions are competing for visitors.

I love how the author of this article refers to Sheikra's 1st drop as "at an angle steeper than a 90-degree angle." Um. no! And the fact that the author used the word "angle" twice in the same sentence does not instill a lot of confidence in her journalistic abilities.
