I only used one restroom today at Six Flags. This was my first time back there since before July 10th when I left for SoCal. So if they've been there for a long time, please inform me. But on the wildlife side, at the restrooms located near the arcade, play area, and in the vacinity of the pirates film, there was purell in the bathrooms. Not outside of the restrooms like Cedar Point's were. But still a nice addition.
Very kool as I was pretty dissapointed to see Cedar Point had to take theres away.

Yup been thereall year, very cool. ALso on my last trip to SFWOA therewas an attendant in every bathroom. This place is working very hard to improve.
I think SF actually pays for there hand sanitizer as opposed to CP which Cal Stat paid for.

As long as the Purell is on site, nothing else matters. :)
Seriously though, it is the little things that make a park shine. I found the park to be shining enough(not sparkling :) ), to make a satisfactory visit. But, as I have said in other posts and my TR of the park, I might have just hit the place on a good day. I hope in the future, all my visits there are on the so-called "Good day". :)

Ric Flair was hitting on the female host, he told her - "Space Mountain may be the oldest ride in the park, but it has the longest line." WOOOOO!
Yeah, hopefully next year will be better because of the hyper. I think that will really even out crowds.
I was reading somethin on Screamscape saying how its not even likely that we'll get one next yr cause our attendance has dropped. But someone on here said that on CoasterNet it says that someone spotted footers and Intamin track. Oh well. I know they have the ordinance so i really don't believe Screamscape.
PS: I dont know how I missed the purell earlier this year. To me it seems like they just added it. Oh well. I've only gone to a select # of bathrooms there this yr lol. Haven't spaced it out, lol.

We were also disappointed to see CP had taken out their sanitizer stations....but seriously, the restrooms at MiA were like world-record holders for filth and stench......all the school buses....horrible....
Someone please try to explain something to me. Screamscape says we won't get the hyper since attendance is down. But, if a park wanted to INCREASE attendance wouldn't they build a new major ride? Just because their attendance is down would not be a reason not to build it...

Six Flags Worlds of Adventure Online
Since Six Flags was citing cool weather and fear of terrorism for much of their problems maybe the increase in attendance they are looking for are the people that chose not to visit the park because of those reasons. Offering new shows and concerts could also assist in bringing crowds to a park, as well as improved customer service, which can help repeat visits and happy guests will share there experiences with others.

Big Bucks, No Whammies, and Stop.
I agree with you 100% Mr. Villain. When I read that article, I started talking to some of my coaster friends online saying pretty much the same thing. That just goes to show that Six Flags abandons parks that don't do well (they would do well if you didnt frickin' abandon them!!!)
Valleyfair fan, I agree with you also. I was there for 6 hours and only manage to get one ride in. Because of all the storms. I really wanted to just leave cause I knew that they have the 30 minute rule after lightning or thunder, but we were there with my mom's friend's kids, so they wanted to stay. After we got our one ride (Xflight) we went to Big Dipper cause the S:ue looked too long (we had to meet them pretty soon.) So my bro and I were next in line on Big Dipper and we heard some thunder.....yesterday was not the best of days to visit there. I know Jes had fun though, lol, he works there. Pretty much got the day off.
PS: I met a pretty kool kid from Kennywood on Xflight. He was no older than 18yrs old, and he was just riding it over and over. He would get on, ride, get off, find a single spot, and get back on. I thought it was pretty funny the staff didn't even notice.

I believe that Kieren Burke said that the 4 major parks would get something "major" for next year. He said that the decline in attendance was in fact due to these parks NOT getting new major attractions for the 02 season. Those parks being "our parks in New Jersey, Ohio, Texas, and Dallas." I believe he made that statement at the Six Flags conference call, but was also quoted in an article I read. So I wouldn't worry about you guys not getting something... ;)
Phew! LoL. I would honestly hurt someone if we didnt get something next year. Please be a hyper too, I also read somewhere that they think it might be a rocket coaster now. Cmon, Cp is building one twice the size next yr. Why the hell do that?
Alright from this point on I'm not going to believe what I read, lol. It's just playing games with my head.
